Waykeep is operated by Clockwork Wholesale, LLC (doing business as Waykeep). It is a platform that an advisory firm — your expert— uses to serve its clients: it connects to the financial systems a business already runs on, views each one through the expert’s methodology, and surfaces the moments that deserve their attention.
By creating an account or using Waykeep, you agree to these terms. If you are using Waykeep on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf, and “you” means that company.
- Waykeep is currently invite-only. Keep your sign-in credentials secure — you are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One person per account. Don’t share or sell logins.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Waykeep is a tool for businesses, not for personal or consumer use.
- If something looks compromised, tell us and we’ll help you lock it down.
Waykeep is software. The advice, judgment, and methodology are your expert’s — Waykeep does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice, and nothing it surfaces is a recommendation from Clockwork Wholesale, LLC.
An expert using Waykeep is responsible for the advice they give their own clients. Waykeep gives them a sharper view of the business; it does not replace their professional judgment or their obligations to their clients.
You keep ownership of the data you connect and the content you create. You grant Waykeep only the license needed to operate the service for you — to read your connected systems at your direction, compute the views and findings you asked for, and show them to the people entitled to see them.
Waykeep runs a firewall between an expert and its clients: a client’s data is visible to that client and to their expert, and never to another client. How that works in detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Waykeep connects to third-party systems you authorize — an accounting platform like QuickBooks, a point-of-sale, a bank feed. When you connect one, you confirm you’re allowed to, and you authorize Waykeep to read the data needed to do its job.
Those services are run by their own providers under their own terms. Waykeep isn’t responsible for their availability or accuracy, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
Some of Waykeep runs on AI: the advisor drafts answers, and the system reads your data to organize it and surface findings. These are drafts and aids — they can be wrong or incomplete, and an expert reviews them before anything reaches a client. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on.
We use commercial AI providers whose terms say they do not train their models on your data, and we never send them your credentials or encryption keys. The providers are named in the Privacy Policy.
- Only connect data you have the right to connect.
- Don’t try to breach the client–expert firewall, reach another tenant’s data, or probe the service’s security.
- Don’t resell or white-label Waykeep except under a separate written agreement with us.
- Don’t use Waykeep to break the law or someone else’s rights.
Waykeep is provided “as is.”We work hard to make it accurate and available, but we can’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk.
To the extent the law allows, Clockwork Wholesale, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us for Waykeep in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, where Clockwork Wholesale, LLC is based, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms over time. Material changes get a notice in-app. Continuing to use Waykeep after a change means you accept the new version.
